With over 25 years of senior leadership experience across Citi, JPMorgan Chase, Freddie Mac, and Deutsche Bank, she has led enterprise-wide governance, resilience, and transformation initiatives for some of the world's largest financial institutions. Today, as CEO & Co-Founder of Kohli Advisors, she brings that same enterprise perspective to boards and executive teams navigating disruption, transformation, and complex strategic decisions.
